NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001233 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER
County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC2, is the Plaintiff and VANESSA MUNDY; RICHARD MUNDY; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 13, LELY TROPICAL ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
