NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-00220 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-C is the Plaintiff and HEATHER CASE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HEATHER CASE N/K/A THOMAS A. GUZZO; ROYAL PALM GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JO CASE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JAKE GUZZO are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM, on November 05, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, BLOCK A, OF ROYAL PAL GOLF ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
