NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7 day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1302945ca, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and IVAN JARRIN THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 5 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 303, BUILDING 13, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3934, PAGE 0653, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WIT H AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
