Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida will at 11:00 A.M. on the 5 day of November, 2014, at public sale in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida, 34112, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described real property:
East 75 feet of the West 150 feet of Tract No. 74, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 74, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 10, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Collier County , Florida, in Civil Action No. 2014-CA-001165 , American Prime. LL C v . Octavio Brache, et als.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
