NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT
OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
- CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 5, 2014 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 202, Building 7 of AVIANO COACH HOMES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4104, Page 1961, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
AVIANO COACH HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit
Plaintiff
v.
JOHN M. PRETE, ELIZABETH MIOTTO
Defendants.
And the docket number which is 14-CA-811.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
