Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Collier County will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Unit 20-102, The Retreat Waterside, A Condominium, According to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book, 1339, Pages 70 through 131, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Collier, County, Florida.

at the public sale to the highest bidder on November 6, 2014 at 11:00 am on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
