NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2014, and entered in Consolidated Case No. 10-6531-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BLUE BONITA REAL ESTATE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and VANISH, INC., et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of November, 2014, the following described real and personal property as set forth in said Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
The Collier County Property:

Lots 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, Block 21, Tier 11, REPLAT BY NAPLES SEABOARD OF GULF RAILWAY COMPANY, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 59, Public Records of Collier County, Florida;
and

The South 32 feet of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, excepting the East 20 feet of Lot 8, all in Block 21, Tier 11, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 59 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; and

That Alley, approximately 20 feet by 165 feet, lying between Lots 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of Block 21, Tier 11 and Lots 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Block 21, Tier 11, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 59, and Vacated by Resolution No. 87- 5214 recorded in O.R. Book 1265, Page 1326, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, excepting

The portion of the Vacated Alley described above, which is directly South of the East 20 feet of Lot 8 extending to the centerline of the Vacated Alley described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
