THE WEST 25.90 FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE EAST 48.10 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK B OF UNIT 2, TROPICAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 114 33RD AVE EAST, BRADENTON, FL 34208; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
