NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in 2008CA011632 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS TEAFORD; JENNIFER TEAFORD; MORTGAGE ELECTONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; SOLSTICE CAPITAL GROUP, INC; KINGSFIELD LAKES HOMEOWNESR ASSOCIATION, INC; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, KINGSFIELD LAKES, PHASE 1, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 140 THROUGH 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
