NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 6, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-004184 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF RBSHD 2013-1 TRUST1, (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and MARIELA S DOTTA-SAWYER A/K/A MARIELA DOTTA-SAWYER A/K/A M. S. DOTTA-SAWYER A/K/A M. DOTTA-SAWYER; LISA LYNN LAMBRECHT A/KA/ LISA LAMBRECHT A/K/A L. LAMBRECHT A/K/A L. L.
