NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004873-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2006-WF2 is the Plaintiff and MARY L PRINTZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 23rd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
