NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 006707 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and SANDRA B. ROESSEL A/K/A SANDRA ROESSEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA B. ROESSEL A/K/A SANDRA ROESSEL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A TREY SIMONE; SUNRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 6th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT F-1, SUNRIDGE, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1486 PAGES 919 THROUGH 955, INCLUSIVE AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18 PAGES 11, 11A THROUGH 11D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
