NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will, on November 20, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Sarasota foreclosure website www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described real property:
Unit 40, Saybrook Manor, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1551, Page 2134, as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 40, as Amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
