Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein E*TRADE BANK, Plaintiff, and THOMAS ARMILLOTTI; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of December, 2014, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 499, 11th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 2, 2A through 21, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
