NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/13/14, and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-006326-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelve Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LAW OFFICES OF MAURICIO GARCIA, P.A., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER HOLCOMB; JENNIFER A. HOLCOMB; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com., at 9:00 A.M., on Nov. 20, 2014, , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 738 AND 739 AND THE NORTHERLY 30 FEET FOR LOT 740, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
