NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003525 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Top Realty Group of Florida, LLC Trustee of The 4406 Wall Lane Land Trust, Dated March 22,2012 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on November 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
