NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 58-2014-CA-001901-NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
