NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2014, and entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is Plainitff, and Alfred W. Clark, Jr., et al., are Defendants, Linda Doggett, the Clerk of the Court will commence a public sale of the following real property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

The sale will be held at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 A.M. on November 3, 2014.
Any person other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens who is claiming a right to surplus funds following the sale of the property, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the said sale.
