ROTARU; HEALTHPARK FLORIDA PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAIL HARBOUR AT HEALTHPARK HOMEOWNERS' SUB-ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A STEVE WOODS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CINDY WOODS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 7 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
