Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 007697 NC , in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR JPMMT 2006-A3 is the Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE B. VERNET, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 201, BAYVIEW HOMES I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2182, Pages 888 through 929, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 28, Pages 28, 28A through 28F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 1st day of December, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
