NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 6, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 002019 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2007-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff and KELLY KUYPER & SARAH HARRISON, eta/, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on November 10, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOT 7, BLOCK 552, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT 14, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
