Final Judgment was awarded on 8 day of October, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-056498 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006-QS6 is the Plaintiff, and DORA M. HOSTENS A/K/A DORA HOSTENS; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 7 day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK H, RIDGEWAY SUBVIDISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 152, 153 AND 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
