NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 15, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-056344 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Elaine Joseph A/K/A Elanie Joseph; Unknown Spouse of Elaine Joseph a/k/a Elanie Joseph; Violette Jules; Unknown Spouse Of Violette Jules ; if Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 99, UNIT 14, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
