ABBOTT; LLYANA E ABBOTT-CHASKO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LLYANA E. ABBOTT-CHASKO N/K/A REFUSED NAME; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITY OF SARASOTA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of November , 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

EXCEPTING THEREFROM A STRIP OF LAND FIVE FEET IN WIDTH CONSTITUTING THE SOUTH FIVE FEET OF SAID LOT 1 AND PREVIOUSLY CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA. ALSO EXCEPTING THE NORTHERLY 10.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK C, OF THE BAHIA VISTA HIGHLANDS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 128 AND 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
