NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8 day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050069, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MARISSA DERRICK a/k/a MARISSA LUANNE DERRICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARISSA LUANNE DERRICK; NIGEL ROWE A/K/A NIGEL HENDERSON ROWE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NIGEL HENDERSON ROWE; UNKNOWN TENANT#1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
