LOTS 40 AND 41, BLOCK 92, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 12, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 326, PAGE 192, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
