AS SET FORTH ON PLAT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 851, PAGE 412, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/20 INTEREST IN LOT 20, RIVER OAK PARK, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO A ROAD EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 15 FEET, TOGETHER WITH A RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE 30 FOOT ROADWAY AS SET FORTH ON SAID PLAT.
