NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 9, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-052750 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and BHOJMATTIE SOMARU; JAMUNA B. SOMARU; MUNIRAM SOMARU; BISSOONDIAL SOMARU; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 10 day of November, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 2045, UNIT 31, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 149 TO 165, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 826 NE 9 TERRACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33909.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
