GINA PRINCIVILA; UNKNOW SPOUSE OF P.GINA PRINCIVILA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 12 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
