NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 12th day of November, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:

PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 14, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89° 16' 50” EAST, 450.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00° 04' 28” WEST, 325.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 16' 50” WEST, 50.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 04' 28” EAST, 85.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 16' 50” WEST, 400.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 04' 28” EAST, 240.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET OF THE EAST 50 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
