NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 24, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-003199-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, ANDALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SANDRA MARINELLI, DECEASED; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO MBNA AMERICA (DELAWARE) , N.A.; KATHLEEN MANGOLD; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2, FLOR-A-MAR, SECTION 16-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
