NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-9883 DIV I UCN: 292009CA009883XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the MLMI Trust Series 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff and ALLEN BRUCE GOLDBERG; SUSAN GOLDBERG; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 4, BRIGHTSIDE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 27, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTHERLY 1.00 FOOT OF LOT 27, BLOCK 4 OF THE AFORESAID BRIGHTSIDE VILLAGE; LESS THE SOUTHERLY 12.00 FEET OF SAID LOT 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
