Notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment entered for $410,973.39 in this cause on October 2, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
PARCEL 1:
The East 50 feet of Lot 8, HEPP HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
PARCEL 2:
The West 49 feet of Lot 8, and the East 11 feet of Lot 7, HEPP HEIGHTS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County.
And commonly known as: 2520 West Crest Avenue, Tampa, Florida and 2518 West Crest Avenue, Tampa, Florida; including the building, appurtenances and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, on November 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
