NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-002279 DIV. J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS1 is the Plaintiff and KRISTEN D. SYKES A/K/A KRISTEN SYKES; JACK E. SYKES JR A/K/A JACK SYKES; JENNIFER ELIZABETH MAY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 05, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25, Block 3, The Groves North, According to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 66, of the Public records of Hillsborough County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
