NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2014, and entered in, CASE NO.: 10-CA-015684 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BAFC 2007-3, is the Plaintiff, and DALE KIMBALL; MARY KIMBALL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; A WILLIAMS ELECTRICAL & CONTROLS, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on, the Hillsborough County's Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 OF HACIENDA ANDALUCIA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 17134 Hacienda Del Sol Lane, Lutz, FL 33548.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
