NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause on October 13, 2014, in Case No. 2014-CA-5742, in the Circuit Court, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein STEPHEN P. LAMPE AND JUDY M. LAMPE, AS TRUSTEES OF THE STEPHEN P. LAMPE AND JUDY M. LAMPE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JULY 15, 2005, are the Plaintiffs, and PROUD PONY LOUNGE, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are the Defendants, I will sell, pursuant to the terms of said Summary Final Judgment, to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on Tuesday, the 9th day of December, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to-wit:
