NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 24th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-005660, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and PETER A. WARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER A. WARD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 10th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 6 OF BELLEFIELD VILLAGE AMENDED, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL LYING IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, EXPLICITY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE WESTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE N 50 DEGRESS 19' 45” E, A DISTANCE OF 125.32 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 39 DEGREES 40' 15” E, A DISTANCE OF 67.47 FEET; THENCE S 50 DEGREES 19' 45”W, A DISNTACE OF 32.00 FEET; THENCE N 39 DEGREES 40' 15” W, A DISTANCE OF 67.47 FEET; THENCE N 50 DEGREES 19' 45” E, A DISTANCE OF 32.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
