NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018105 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, formerly known as The Bank of New York, as successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-AR2, is the Plaintiff and Citibank, National Association, successor in interest to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank, Hillsborough County, Sean M. Edwards, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 12th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
