NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23rd day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-020538 DIV D, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein Fannie Mae (“Federal National Mortgage Association”) is Plaintiff and MARIA E. RUIZ; LEANDRO RUIZ, JR; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12th day of November, 20144, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 180, BLOCK 1 OF TIMBERLANE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NUMBER 8A AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 57 ON PAGE 30 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
