NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-001922, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LINDA A POLK A/K/A LINDA ANNETTE POLK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA A. POLK AKA LINDA ANNETTE POLK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 7, SHERWOOD HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
