NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 12th day of November, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT:
LOT 5, BLOCK 27, REGENCY KEY TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO LYNDSEY C. COLLIGAN BY DEED FROM PULTE HOME CORPORATION, RECORDED 10/10/2001 IN DEED BOOK 11123 PAGE 1506.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
