NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 31st day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-007518, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and MARTIN CABEZAS; YOHANNY S. CARRALERO; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 10, PAT ACRES 2ND, ADDITION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41 PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
