YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien has been filed against you and you are required to service a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SEAN A. COSTIS, ESQUIRE of ZACUR, GRAHAM & COSTIS, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is P.O. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, on or before 11-17-2014, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED complaint or petition. Cornell Building, Unit B-305, Five Towns of St. Petersburg No. 303, A Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4068, Page 1766, as amended, and according to Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 22, 23 and 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
