NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 22 September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-002766-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Eugenia M. Stillwagon aka Eugenia Stillwagon, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Winding Creek II, a Condominium, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM COMPOSED OF BUILDING NUMBER 25, UNIT NUMBER 102, AND AN UNDIVIDED 3.965 PERCENT INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDING CREEK II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS. BOOK 4347, PAGES 1817 THROUGH 1877, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT 22, PAGES 40 THROUGH 42, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE INTEREST IN THE NON-EXCLUSIVE COMMON RECREATIONAL AREA CAN BE DECREASED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS IN EXHIBIT B-1 TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS AMENDED ON APRIL 30, 1976 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4406, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
