Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 29, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 805, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PIERCE 100, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 98 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 10, 1974, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4213, PAGE 891, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 74-121835, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 100 PIERCE ST APT 805, CLEARWATER, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
