Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 13, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 17 LESS THE WEST 15 FEET THEREOF AND LOT 18 LESS THE EAST 15 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 1, FOREST HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4930 SOUTH 5TH AVENUE, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33707; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
