NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011658-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHARLES SCHWAB BANK F/K/A CHARLES SCHWAB BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff and MICHELLE A. DAVIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE A. DAVIS; MORGAN STANLEY CREDIT CORPORATION F/K/A MORGAN STANLEY DEAN WITTER CREDIT CORPORATION;THE MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KEVIN GRENESKO, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 321, OF THE MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE(S) 74 THROUGH 79, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6190, PAGE 2029 ET SEQ. TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
