NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2014 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on November 17, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 39 AND THE SOUTH 6.4 FEET THEREOF OF LOT 3, BLOCK 39, SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 2,3, AND 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
