NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-010741 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Berrian A. Dedge and Teresa C. Kristensen a/k/a Teresa Kristensen, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, SEASIDE ESTATES UNIT TWO (2), LESS THE NORTH 1.00 FOOT THEREOF, PLUS THE NORTH 1.00 FOOT OF LOT 21, SEASIDE ESTATES UNIT TWO (2), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGES 71, 72 AND 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
