That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 44, Building 57, and undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT FIFTY SEVEN, as recorded in Official Records Book 5108, Pages 1312 through 1339, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 45, Page 125, amended in Condominium Plat Book 56, Page 106 through 109, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
